You all remain in our prayers and after reading about a small town in Texas experiencing the after effects of inmates who are ” mentally challenged and ill” I am even more convinced that this should not be allowed to happen. It’s a very sad day when our politicians care more about getting medicare kickbacks than our children. Shame on you !!!
