The Rocky Hill town hall meeting has been moved to the Middletown City Hall to allow residents the opportunity to hear from the governor.

  1. I won’t be going to the Middletown meeting, but if someone gets a chance to speak, ask him when the prisoner facility in Stamford is going to open.
